Areas to Check When scouting for a firm to Help You Claim Back PPI
Here are some suggested questions to ask of your company that you’re planning to work with that may help you claim back PPI.
May be the company regulated from the appropriate authority?
If you work with a strong of solicitors chances are they will probably be regulated by The Law Society and more specifically through the SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority).
If you are using an insurance claim handling firm chances are they is going to be regulated with the MOJ (Ministry of Justice) and will have a reference that you can sign in the MOJ’s database.
