Currently more than 40% of the United States labor force becomes eligible to retire at the end of this decade. This 40% represents the more than 64 million baby boomer Americans, born between 1946 and 1964. With the incredible human capital investments made in these workers, it’s not hard to imagine that the potential for enormous losses to businesses in America is horrendous, when these boomers decide to exit the workplace.
